1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RealtyThankYou at realtythankyou.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RealtyThankYou provides a professional print-and-mail service. You upload a document or compose a message, pay securely via Stripe, and we handle printing on premium stationery, stuffing, sealing, and USPS First Class mailing with tracking — for a flat fee.

Handwritten thank-you letters for real estate agents. Post-closing notes, open house follow-ups, and anniversary cards — printed, sealed, and USPS-mailed for just $10.

3. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Your order total is displayed before you finalize payment.

By completing a purchase, you authorize RealtyThankYou to charge the stated amount to your payment method via Stripe.

4. Order Processing & No Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is placed, the mail piece is committed to the USPS pipeline and refunds are not available except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RealtyThankYou to send:

• Unsolicited bulk mail (spam)
• Harassing, threatening, or illegal content
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Content that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law
• Content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including content we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms. Payment will be refunded if we reject an order before processing.

6. File Uploads & Privacy

Files you upload are stored securely on Amazon S3 with AES-256 encryption. Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of order completion. We do not read, sell, or share your file contents with third parties.

7. Delivery & USPS

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. We provide a USPS tracking number for every order. RealtyThankYou is not responsible for USPS delays, lost mail, or delivery failures beyond our control once the mail piece has been accepted by USPS.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload or compose. By submitting content, you grant RealtyThankYou a limited license to reproduce and mail that content on your behalf for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

The RealtyThankYou name, logo, and website design are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REALTYTHANKYOU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALTYTHANKYOU'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
